When Solomon had finished praying, fire came down from heaven & consumed the burnt offering & the sacrifices, & the [[a]Shekinah] glory & brilliance of the LORD filled the house.
2 The priests could not enter the house of the LORD because the glory & brilliance of the LORD had filled the LORD’S house.
3 When all the people of Israel saw how the fire came down & saw the glory & brilliance of the LORD upon the house, they bowed down on the stone pavement with their faces to the ground, & they worshiped & praised the LORD, saying, “For He is good, for His mercy & lovingkindness endure forever.”
